Jock Athletic would like to say a very BIG thank you to all those who came down to Wanda Beach, Cronulla on Sunday 29 October 2017 to take part in the annual Jock Athletic Running Festival.

Congratulations to our Wanda X-treme 6 champions, Ali Najem, winner of this event for the 3rd time, ahead of youngster Lachlan Crawford and Dane Holt. In the womens, it was a battle for 6kms, with Laura James taking top honours just ahead of Wanda's Annika Durante and Ella Wright, in what was the closest 1-2 finish in the event history. Awesome!

In the Jane McGrath Classic 2.5km Family Fun Run/Walk, Kai Hammond tore the field apart, taking line honours ahead of Dane Mitchell in second and Rejoover Jesse Hanna rounding out the podium. It was a Jock Atheltic Sqaud whitewash in the women's race, with youngster Alexia Kalamvolis donminant in the womens, taking first ahead of previous winner Chloe Gentle, and ahead of training buddy Sienna Alderson.
And FINALLY, Team Crust Cronulla (pictured) was too strong for the rest to take out the coveted Corporate Dash Relay, ahead of Jock Athletic, Har Bar Run Club, BDO Accountants, Woolooware Bay.. It was sweet revenge in the women's relay, with Jock Athletic resuming the title, with Crust Cronulla in second place and Team T-Bone Media rounding out the women's podium.
Such a great day all'round - thanks to all of you for being part of this event.
