Jock Athletic has is a well-established running program implemented by professional coaches that teach running technique as well as speed and conditioning for the physical improvement of our runners.

Our runners programs are broken up into:

We provide sessions for junior beginners, junior elite, to seniors and masters.

Initial Consultation & Assessment:

Whether senior or junior, all athletes will undergo a 45 min one-on-one fitness assessment to determine your goals, review your running technique and provide valuable feedback to help you improve and give recommendations on the appropriate sessions for your goals.
