12 WEEK RUNNING PROGRAM - Run a PB in 2018!
With so many awesome events on the winter running calendar, now is the perfect time to start preparing for that race or races where you want to excel.
This year, we're choosing to run the Sutherland 2 Surf, a 11km Fun Run from Sutherland to Wanda Beach, Cronulla. However, if you have another event you'd like to tackle, we can adapt the program to suit you.
So we've put together a 12-Week Program to have you running your PB in 2018!
The program includes:
- Initial technique assessment + flexibility testing
- Unlimited running sessions + race, run or jog tactics
- Technique and conditioning
- Running singlet

When: Choose 2+ sessions per week from any of the run sessions on the timetable, Plus FREE Saturday Sandhills session
Where: From Wanda Surf Club OR Sylvania Athletics Track.
Who: This program is for EVERYONE - young, mature, fit, unfit.
Cost: $57.50 per week*
Start: Monday 30 April 2018 - Sunday 22 July 2018

Cross Country Running Program
Improve your Cross Country running performance in 2018!
Through our X-Country Running sessions our main focus includes:
- Hills training
- Injury Prevention
- Strength Training
This program will also suit runners from many different sporting disciplines, including soccer, rugby league, surf life saving and more. Anyone wanting to run, no matter what level of fitness, are welcome and catered for.
When: Run Sessions are Tuesday & Thursday, 4:45pm. Plus FREE Saturday Sandhills session
Where: Cronulla. Meet Wanda Surf Club.
Who: 10yrs +
Gym: One session week, Miranda or Wooloware
Junior Runners, 10-14yrs, the focus is on prehabilitation + core & hip stability and control.
Senior runners, 15+ will receive a specific weight training program that supports core & hip stability + targeted running strength and power training.
Start: 27 February - 30 June 2018
Compulsory: Fitness ssessment & Screening. This allows us to review your running technique, you're flexibility, as well as to gather some simple testing data as a starting point for your program. The one-on-one time with your coach aslo gives us the opportunitu to chat to you about your short & long term goals, injury history, competition dates and your training workload as a whole.
The assessment includes running singlet, report and discount on SKINS compression garments & Adidas Sports Eyewear.
Initial Assessment: $75 over 50% discount on standard Athlete Screening
Monthly Fee: $280pm Includes Minimum 2 sessions pw + Gym Session.
