8-Week RUNNING PROGRAM - Starts 19 June 2017!

Two of our favourite fun runs are just around the corner - the Sutherland 2 Surf and City 2 Surf - and we've put together a program to have you ready to run your race PB in 2017. 

The program includes:

  • Unlimited running sessions, race, run or jog tactics
  • Technique and conditioning
  • Running singlet + beanie.

Race Dates:

Sutherland 2 Surf - Sunday 23 July 2017

City 2 Surf - 13 August 2017


When:      6am-7am, Monday, Wednesday and Friday + Saurday 7am.

Where:    Cronulla. Meet Wanda Surf Club. 

Who:        All ages, abilities, races and religions.

Start:       Monday 19 June - Sunday 13 August 2017

Cross Country Running Program


Improve your Cross Country running performance in 2017! 

Through our X-Country Running sessions our main focus includes:

  • Technique
  • Speed
  • Endurance
  • Hills training
  • Injury Prevention

This program will also suit runners from many different sporting disciplines, including soccer, rugby league, surf life saving and more. Anyone wanting to run, no matter what level of fitness, are welcome and catered for.

Details:

When:  Tuesday & Thursday, 4:45pm.  Plus FREE Saturday Sandhills session @ 7am. Meet northern end of Greenhills carpark.

Where:  Cronulla. Meet Wanda Surf Club. 

Who: 8yrs +

Start:  Today!

Compulsory:  45min 1-1 running assessment for all new athletes. This allows us to review your running technique, you're flexibility, as well as to gather some simple testing data as a starting point for your program. The one-on-one time with your coach aslo gives us the opportunitu to chat to you about your short & long term goals, injury history, competition dates and your training workload as a whole. 

The assessment includes running singlet, report and discount on SKINS compression garments & Adidas Sports Eyewear.
