Cross Country Running Program

Improve your Cross Country running performance in 2018! 

Through our X-Country Running sessions our main focus includes:

  • Technique
  • Speed
  • Endurance
  • Hills training
  • Injury Prevention
  • Strength Training

This program will also suit runners from many different sporting disciplines, including soccer, rugby league, surf life saving and more. Anyone wanting to run, no matter what level of fitness, are welcome and catered for.


When:  Run Sessions are Tuesday & Thursday, 4:45pm.  Plus FREE Saturday Sandhills session 

Where:  Cronulla. Meet Wanda Surf Club. 

Who: 10yrs +

Gym:   One session week, Miranda or Wooloware

Junior Runners, 10-14yrs, the focus is on prehabilitation + core & hip stability and control. 
Senior runners, 15+ will receive a specific weight training program that supports core & hip stability + targeted running strength and power training. 

Start:  27 February - 30 June 2018

Compulsory:  Fitness ssessment & Screening. This allows us to review your running technique, you're flexibility, as well as to gather some simple testing data as a starting point for your program. The one-on-one time with your coach aslo gives us the opportunitu to chat to you about your short & long term goals, injury history, competition dates and your training workload as a whole. 

The assessment includes running singlet, report and discount on SKINS compression garments & Adidas Sports Eyewear. 


Initial Assessment:        $75             over 50% discount on standard Athlete Screening

Monthly Fee:                    $280pm    Includes Minimum 2 sessions pw + Gym Session.  

All fees payable monthly in advance.
