10-Week RUNNING PROGRAM
Two of our favourite fun runs are just around the corner - the Bondi Barefoot and JA Running Running Festival - and we've put together a program to have you ready to master the soft sand in 2017, or any other race or fun run you have your heart set on!
The program includes:
- Initial general screening and fitness assessment
- Unlimited running sessions, race, run or jog tactics
- Sessions on all surfaces, including grass, trail, track and soft sand
- Technique and conditioning
- Running singlet
- Race entry to the Wanda X-Treme 6km OR Jane McGrath Classic 2.5km

When: 6am-7am, Monday, Wednesday and Friday + Saurday 7am Or any of our afternoon run sessions. See Timetable for full schedule of sessions available.

Who: All ages, abilities, races and religions.
