Jock Athletic provides specific individualized training programs tailored for athletes who are unable to access Jock Athletic sessions based on their location, both interstate and overseas.

Based on a series of information provided by you, including a needs analysis, goals, competition schedule, as well as injury history, Jock Athletic will provide a periodised training program specific to your goals and needs. The program will include:
