Jock Campbell formed the integral part of my professional sporting career by supplying high-end training programmes and support both domestically and abroad. The most memorable of these was our one on one times at North Stradbroke Island. I think I handed him the wrong brief as indeed my specialty was Cricket and not Surf Life Saving!!

I did all of my rehabilitation at Jock Athletic with Jock Campbell. This is a place where you go if you’re really serious and committed to your rehabilitation goals. Jock won’t work with anyone who doesn’t have the mentality to succeed!

My son Mat just competed in the Under 16s Trans Tasman Challenge for NSW. Held in Brisbane, it was a tough competition. NSW beat QLD in the semi final and unfortunately lost the grand final to the Under 17s New Zealand national team, in extra time, going down 8 to 6. However, Silver against the older New Zealand team was a great result. Mat had a great tournament, scoring some very strong goals and winning 8 from 9 swim offs. Thanks to Jock and team for his preparation... the strength and conditioning work really did pay dividends.

Jock has been a massive part of my success over the past 12 years. I would not have won the Australian & World Medals if it wasn't for his expertise and commitment.

- Zane Campbell, World & Australian Medalist Beach Sprinter (Australian Team 2004-2006)

I'd just like to say thanks to Jock for all your help throughout pre season and now to help me get my back up to scratch and fit.

In recent conversation with some other “Soft Sand” parents I was asked where April got started with training.
My reply of “Jock Athletic” was met with reassuring head nods.
Word is, if you want structured training with coaches that have genuine soft sand experience. JA is the place to start.

This is just a very big thank you to you. I dropped off a quiet, not very confident little boy last night and picked up the happiest most positive little fella I have seen in a very long time. He couldn't stop talking about what he had learnt and what he is going to achieve by training with you. He is over the moon with the running and can't wait to get back there next week. He also said "Laura is the best coach". Emily agreed. So thank you so so much.

I am writing to you to say a huge thanks. The kids absolutely loved the session and want more! All their feedback was extremely positive and most said that they would definitely look to pursue this sort of activity as a means of exercise in the future. They enjoyed the challenging nature of this type of training but also had fun at the same time. There were plenty of sore chests and shoulders the next day! The kids also said that having good instructors would make a difference as to whether they would pursue this activity or not and that you guys were outstanding! So all in all, the experience for the kids was fantastic, and will only help to develop a positive outlook toward exercise.

Thanks again, I had no doubt that it would be successful because of the absolute professionals that you are and the passion which you have for exercise and life in general!

After 3 knee operations, a severed peroneal nerve and several undesired KG's later I thought my running days were over. Through Jock Athletic's carefully tailored training programs using mainly soft surfaces and tailored individual programs I was 'blown away' by my improvement! I managed to run the entire Spring Beach Classic (8km Beach run) after only 6 weeks training! Your advice and support was right on the money and has changed my way of life!

- Adam Matteson

You couldn't find better people to train with or at a better location! In the past 18 months of doing the sand hills with them it has done more for my heart condition than the previous 10 years of medication, so I couldn't be happier!
